Who we are

myERP is operated by Infinite Barakah Ventures FZ LLE ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect when you use the myERP website and workspace, and how we use it. Questions: hello.myerp@infinitebarakah.com.

What we collect

• Account data — name, email address and role, used to authenticate you and attribute activity in your workspace.
• Workspace data — the business records your organization enters: customers, quotes, orders, products, BOMs, inventory, suppliers, invoices and related documents.
• Usage and device data — log data such as IP address, browser type and feature usage, used to secure and improve the service.

How we use it

• To operate, secure and improve the service.
• To provide support and respond to requests you send us.
• To send service notices (security, billing, material changes). We do not sell your data and we do not use workspace data for advertising.

Processors and storage

Workspace data is stored on managed Postgres infrastructure with per-organization row-level security. Authentication is handled by the same platform. Data may be processed in the regions where these providers operate.

Retention

We keep workspace data for as long as your organization's account is active. On termination, data is deleted or returned on request within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by writing to hello.myerp@infinitebarakah.com. Workspace administrators can manage most data directly in the app.

Changes

If we change this policy materially we will post the updated version here and update the date above.
