Agreement

These terms govern your use of myERP, operated by Infinite Barakah Ventures FZ LLE("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

myERP provides manufacturing operations software — CRM, quoting, orders, production, procurement, inventory, logistics and invoicing — as a hosted workspace. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially degrade the service you pay for mid-term.

Your responsibilities

• Keep credentials confidential and ensure your users act lawfully.
• You own your workspace data and are responsible for its accuracy and legality.
• Do not probe, overload or attempt to access other tenants' data.

Fees

Fees, if any, are set out in your order or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes.

Intellectual property

We own the service and its software; you own your data. You grant us the limited right to process your data to operate the service. No other rights are transferred.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate per your agreement. On termination we make workspace data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place of registration of Infinite Barakah Ventures FZ LLE, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
